Last week I went to Ventana Canyon Resort with my Grandma to donate my hair to Locks of Love. In the Salon, they measure, cut and send off your hair. The people at Locks of Love make wigs and give them to kids who have lost their hair due to illness and can’t afford wigs.

Ventana Canyon Hair Salon isn’t the only place people donate their hair. Still, I like it best because it’s fun to be out in the mountains and I like to walk around and see the things at the resort. I found out recently that my cousin in Wisconsin donated her hair a couple weeks before I did. You can check out the Locks of Love website to find a location near you!
