It’s been awhile
Sometimes you need to take a break an re-energize.
In this case, the break was needed for more than finding my creativity. Over the last several months our family has gone through a significant, and happy, change. We now have a foster son.
Back in September we started the process, and 2 and half months later we had a 3 month old boy in our home. It has been quite a ride and between classes and other licensing issues, and business at work, the updating around here was one of the first things to go. But now that I have adjusted to the new schedule, and the baby is sleeping through the night (for the most part), I hope to get back into a more regular schedule of updating this site.
For more on how fostering is affecting our family, you can read my daughter’s take on her blog.
