100 push ups, week 6, day 3
Required: 27, 27, 23, 23, 23, 23, 20, 20, max (at least 56)
Actual: 7, 27, 23, 23, 23, 23, 20, 20, 58
Rest between each set was supposed to be 30 seconds. I did that except I got a phone call after my first set of 20, so my rest time there was 90 seconds. And I’m not real happy with how my form deteriorates as I tire. We’ll see how many push ups I can do in my exhaustion test tomorrow (or maybe Monday). I still plan on repeating week 6 as my push up workout for a while - I look forward to being able to “drop and give me 100” good form push ups in the near future! And I’m sure whoever is still bothering to read this will be happy when I stop posting about it…
