Saying Goodbye

My nephew’s memorial service was Monday, with a grave side service Tuesday morning. I spent much of the weekend preparing a slide show and video of his two weeks of life. One thing was clear about him—he had cool feet. Every video included comments about his feet, and focused on them for at least several seconds.

His short life also reminded me that life is not only a precious gift, it shouldn’t be taken for granted. Make sure that those whom you love, know it!

We’ve said our goodbyes, but we’ll never forget.
