100 pushups, day 3, week 5

Quick report on my way to 100 push ups. Today the sets were reps of 18, 18, 16, 16, 14, 14, 12, 12 and max (at least 40) with a 30 second rest in between each set. I managed to do all 8 sets and finish off with 50 push ups at the end. Looking forward to seeing what my max will be this weekend heading into the final push (so to speak).

I also did another 13.6 miles on the bike this morning. I’ve added a We Endure widget on my sidebar that shows my last 5 rides. I usually write something up about the ride as well, so you can follow the links to see what I have to say there…
